Uusi alku on kahden päivän kokonaisuus, jossa ensimmäinen päivä sisältää varsinaisen muodonmuutospäivän ja toisena päivänä keskitytään shoppailuapuun ja uusien lookien rakentamiseen. Ensimmäisen päivän kokonaisuuteen kuuluu lähtötilanteen kartoituksen lisäksi värianalyysi, tyyliopastus, omien vaatteiden läpikäynti, vartaloanalyysi, pukeutumisvinkkejä, meikkiopastus ja meikki sekä hiusmallin suunnittelu ja hiusten muotoilu. Toisena päivänä jatketaan noin viiden tunnin kokonaisuudella, johon kuuluu shoppailuapu ja uusien lookien luominen.
