Lahjakortti käy Truescapen Helsingin pakohuoneisiin osoitteissa Pursimiehenkatu 12 ja Pursimiehenkatu 22 saatavuuden mukaan. Lahjakortti koskee valittua henkilömäärää ja ajankohtaa. Valittava peli määräytyy vapaan ajan, ryhmäkoon, ikärajan, kielen ja pelin saatavuuden perusteella. Osa peleistä voi sisältää vilkkuvia valoja, jännittäviä elementtejä tai ikärajoja. Kielivaihtoehdot ja esteettömyys vaihtelevat pelikohtaisesti. Lahjakortti koskee arki-iltaisin klo 16:00 eteenpäin ja lauantaisin. Lahjakortti ei käy arkipyhinä.
