Avovesikaudella keskitytään meripelastukseen, rentoutumiseen ja selviytymistekniikoihin. Jääolosuhteissa keskitytään jään käyttäytymiseen, sen vaikutuksiin sekä rentoutumiseen. Kelluntaelämys Helsingin luonnonvesissä erityisessä neopreenisessa pelastuspuvussa, joka pitää osallistujan lämpimänä ja kuivana koko kokemuksen ajan. Elämyksessä keskitytään rentoutumiseen, vedessä liikkumiseen sekä turvallisuus- ja selviytymistekniikoihin vuodenaikojen ja jääolosuhteiden mukaan. Aiempaa uintikokemusta ei tarvita. Elämyksen toteutuminen edellyttää vähintään 2 osallistujaa. Yksittäisiä osallistujia voidaan liittää jo vahvistetuille lähdöille saatavuuden mukaan.
