Spine Basti on ayurvedinen öljyhoito, jossa lämmin öljy vaikuttaa laajemmalla alueella selkärangan ympärillä. Selkärangan ympärille muodostetaan kikhernetaikinasta reunukset, joiden sisälle valutetaan lämmitettyä ayurvedista öljyä. Hoito eroaa paikallisemmista Basti-hoidoista siinä, että käsiteltävä alue ulottuu laajemmin selkärangan suuntaisesti. Lämmin öljy ja kiireetön hoito tekevät kokemuksesta rentouttavan hyvinvointihetken.
