Tässä ohjatussa kirjoitushetkessä pysähdymme yhdessä kirjoittamaan ja pohtimaan: pieni hetki itselle - iso merkitys hyvinvoinnille! Teemme muutamia terapeuttisia kirjoitusharjoituksia valitsemastasi teemasta sekä keräämme yhteen niiden herättämiä ajatuksia. Et tarvitse aiempaa kirjoituskokemusta, kynä, paperia ja avoin mieli riittävät! Tapaaminen järjestetään etäyhteydellä (Zoom tai Teams), joten voit osallistua omasta kotoa käsin. Valitse itseäsi puhutteleva teema: - Oma minä: Tutustu itseesi, tarpeisiisi, vahvuuksiisi ja siihen, mikä elämässäsi on juuri nyt tärkeää. - Ihmissuhteet: Pohdi läheisyyttä, rajoja, kohtaamisia ja sinulle tärkeitä ihmissuhteita. - Unelmat ja suunta: Anna mielikuvitukselle tilaa ja tutki, millaista elämää kohti haluaisit kulkea. - Ajatussotkut: Pura päässä pyöriviä ajatuksia paperille ja löydä niihin uusia näkökulmia.

Varattavissa eri lahjakortilla myös pidempi kirjoitushetki (2h)! Jos haluat kutsua mukaan ystäväsi tai esimerkiksi kumppanisi kirjoittamaan kanssasi yhtä aikaa, varatkaa lahjakortti kahdelle henkilölle (Kirjoitushetki kahdelle), jolloin varaamme tehtävien purkamiseen enemmän aikaa.
