Anna itsellesi tai läheisellesi hetki liikkua, hengittää ja pysähtyä. Tällä elämyksellä voit valita Virna Yoga Studion tuntivalikoimasta itsellesi sopivan jooga- tai pilatestunnin. Valikoimassa on erilaisia harjoituksia rauhallisesta yinjoogasta ja Slow Flow’sta dynaamisempaan flow-joogaan, pilatekseen sekä voimaa ja rentoutumista yhdistäviin tunteihin. Osa tunneista sisältää myös äänimaljoilla toteutettavaa sointukylpyrentoutusta. Useat tunnit sopivat myös aloittelijoille, ja harjoituksia voi soveltaa oman kehon ja päivän fiiliksen mukaan. Tunnin voi valita kulloinkin saatavilla olevasta tuntikalenterista.
