Tällä olutkurssilla opit oluenvalmistuksen perusvaiheet käytännössä. Kurssi sopii ensikertalaisille sekä kotipanijoille, jotka haluavat lisää varmuutta omaan tekemiseen. Kurssilla käydään läpi oluenvalmistuksen vaiheet maltaiden rouhimisesta mäskäykseen, vierteen huuhteluun, keittoon ja humalointiin. Kaikki vaiheet tehdään niin, että osallistuja pystyy hyödyntämään oppeja myös kotona. Huomioithan, että lakiteknisistä syistä kurssilla ei valmisteta alkoholia, vaan opetellaan vierteen tekemistä. Vierteestä syntyy olutta, kun siihen lisätään hiiva.
