Äänirautahoito on lempeä ja rauhallinen hoitohetki, jossa käytetään sekä painollisia että painottomia äänirautoja. Hoito alkaa rauhoittumisella ja kehon havainnoinnilla, minkä jälkeen kehoa käsitellään ääniraudoilla. Hoitoa voidaan kohdistaa esimerkiksi niska-hartiaseudulle ja käsille tai alaselkään, polviin ja jalkapohjiin asiakkaan tarpeen mukaan. Pidemmissä hoidoissa kokonaisuus toteutetaan laajemmin koko kehoa huomioiden. Hoidon päätteeksi nautitaan yrttiteetä.
